Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about me! I have a variety of experiences to offer clients from my years in the Personal Care/Senior Care and SaaS industries. My background in the personal care and senior care industry allows me to empathize with my clients’ needs, and work towards helping people succeed with their goals.
My agency experience includes serving in many different administrative roles in the office. I worked my way up from billing and payroll administrator, then served out in the field in the sales and marketing arena. In addition to performing marketing and prospect/client intakes, I also toured seniors around various Assisted Living and Independent Living communities helping them to pick the right residence to fit their care needs, lifestyle, and budget. I then transitioned into a managerial role, first as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and finally as the Director of Operations.
From a software perspective, I have worked on eLearning/Learning Management Systems. In that position, I served as a content developer, author of courses, and program administrator.
In my most recent role, I consulted hundreds of home care agencies providing guidance for improved software usage and operational best practices, as well as managing client expectations and serving as a liaison between our clients and our engineering team.
Fun fact, In addition to my above experience, I’m also an author. I’ve published an eBook, have multiple published magazine articles, and have written a full-length novel!
