Good morning everyone! We’re back in the office after a few days away in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona for our third quarter offsite meeting. We use our offsite meetings as a way to decompress and set new goals for the next year of business. However, we also make sure to include time for team-building activities and dinners where we can relax and go over each day’s findings.
During this session, we dove deep internally and created goals that will make the biggest impact on serving our clients and growing our business over the next few months and into the coming year. In fact, we’re launching a new slogan “Because we care”. That was one of the core values that unites Charlene, James, and I. We care about this industry and about helping others not only in business but in our personal lives as well. Our firm’s goal is to improve our clients’ lives, their staff, and the clients they serve at home!
We’re excited to show you what we have planned for the future. We have spots opening up for 1 on 1 coaching that will target specific segments of your agency’s business. These areas are Client Management, Sales/Marketing, Scheduling, and Financial. In addition to coaching, we’ll also begin hosting webinars next year. Another service our clients can look forward to will be classes, that will cover similar topics as our coaching and webinars. So stay tuned for more information on these and other future offerings.
